Do you know Arthur Schnitzler’s 1925 book ‘Dream Story’?

While recounting the story of this restaurant, that book immediately comes to mind, because the owner Massimiliano Adorno achieved a ‘double dream’ right on the exact same day.

That day was June 27, 2011, when Massimiliano achieved his professional dream of opening a restaurant all his own in Gaiole in Chianti, and, like a precious gift from destiny, his first daughter Ines was also born. This is a magnificent auspice.

It gives you even more curiosity about the cuisine and feel of this relatively new place.

It’s a new place that carries a name with ancient roots, and those roots have been partially updated today, through a range of delicious and innovative food and wine offerings that will still go easy on your wallet.
