The gastronomic tour L’Isola in Tavola (The Island on the Table), an initiative launched by Confesercenti to promote local restaurants and the products of Elba’s territory, is back in action.
Starting on March 17 with the well-established fixed-price menu formula and the themes of seasonal products and typical local food and wine. Once again this year, the theme of the event will be Art, defined both in a gastronomic sense and by the presence of several local artists during the evenings who, coordinated by Francesca Groppelli (teacher and artist), will present their significant works and their way of understanding art.
The dinners will be held according to a biweekly calendar starting on March 17 and will continue from venue to venue until June 9 2023.
