This restaurant, inside Villa le Farnete, is surrounded by the beautiful rolling Tuscan hills and overlooks a stunning valley which leads to Prato and Florence. This wonderful view adds a unique atmosphere to summer evenings at the restaurant, where customers can dine on the terrace and enjoy a glass of fine wine while watching the sunset. The restaurant’s interior is equally attractive- it has been renovated with taste and elegance to match and enhance the building’s refined detailing and warm décor.

The restaurant’s founders are Stefano Grassi and Riccardo Pecchioli. Both have a great deal of experience in the catering sector (at “Il Fattore Party”) and today continue to refine their skills and ability to create a friendly and professional dining experience. They are constantly on the look out for new flavours and always favour fresh, genuine raw ingredients. This use of seasonal produce is the common theme running through all their traditional yet refined Tuscan food, which you can enjoy with friends, during a candle lit dinner or at an event such as a birthday or ceremony. Of course, they also offer a variety of exquisite grilled meat and fish, all served with excellent local wines from their extensive wine list.

Ribollita alla Carmignanese (local vegetable stew)
Minestra di fagioli e porcini in brodo di gallina (bean and porcini mushroom soup made with chicken broth)
Ravioli di zucca e amaretti al burro e salvia con Montasio a scaglie (pumpkin and amaretti biscuit filled ravioli with a butter and sage sauce and Montasio cheese flakes)

Fritto di pesce con calamari, gamberi e zucchine (fried seafood with squid, prawns and courgettes)
Bistecca alla fiorentina cotta alla brace (char grilled Florentine steak)
Tagliata di manzo alla brace con rucola e grana (char grilled steak with rocket and grana cheese)
Filetto di manzo alla brace con verdure grigliate (chargrilled fillet steak served with grilled vegetables)
Scamerita alla brace con cipolle borrettane e balsamico (chargrilled scamerita pork with Borettane onions in balsamic vinegar)
Maialino da latte al forno con purea di patate (roasted suckling pig with mashed potatoes)
Trancio di tonno con verdure glassate alla nipitella (tuna steak served with vegetables glazed with calamint)
Stracotto di manzo al Carmignano su polenta gialla (Carmignano beef stew served over yellow polenta)
Seppie in inzimino con crostoni agliati (squid cooked in an inzimino sauce served with garlic crostini)
