La Sosta del Granducato is part of the Siena Consorzio Agrario (agricultural consortium), which means that it makes use of the “short distribution chain” to make traditional Tuscan dishes made from exclusively locally-sourced produce. The restaurant is on the first floor of the Valdichiana Outlet Village, not far from the Bettolle exit on the A1 motorway. Customers can also sample or buy to take home a wide selection of Tuscan wines. There is a self-service area and a spacious terrace with tables which can be booked for al fresco lunch meetings.

All pasta is supplied by Tuscan farmers using wheat grown around Siena and Arezzo. Short distribution chain guaranteed by the Siena Agricultural Consortium. All fresh pasta is homemade.

We only use IGP Chianina beef which is butchered at our slaughterhouse in Bettolle after being hung for 30-34 days. All meat comes from local, small-scale local farms.
