La Baita opened in the 1950s and since then has been lovingly run by three very committed and dedicated generations of the same family.

The owner, Sandro, has created a name for the restaurant thanks to his char grilled steaks. His wife, Alessandra, takes care of customers and also makes sure that all the raw ingredients supplied to the kitchen are top-quality and super-fresh. Chef Rachele is constantly on the look out for new dishes, from desserts to homemade pasta. Alessandra is also passionate about wines and is an expert at suggesting the best wines for each course.

Cooking is a passion and only a person who really feels it can consistently provide excellent dishes.
