Ristorante I Fondi in Bagnone carries forth local ancient culinary traditions. It was opened at the end of the nineteenth century and was known as Osteria I Fondi. The restaurant is in part of an old spice seller’s house that dates back to the fifteenth century and boasts a characteristic and beautiful terrace with views of the river and across to the Malaspiniano castle overlooking the restaurant.
