Osteria Sapori di Maremma is located in Castiglione della Pescaia, a seaside village that dates back to Roman times as proven by the ruins that are found everywhere. The venue seats 38 indoors and 12 outdoors, bathed in the charming atmosphere created by the streets that lead from the strip toward the castle.

The comfortable and Tuscan-inspired space is decorated with old prints depicting the hard work of the buttero (Maremman cowboy) and his animals, the taming of horses and splendid views of the Maremma. Other prints depict Castiglione from the early 1900s until the ’50s, complete with all its beauties. There are also sought-after paintings and objects: a window painted by a young Maremman artist depicting a beautiful view of the harbor seen from the castle and the collection of rare Romano Levi grappas, which belong to Elio Galgani, owner of the osteria.
