This small osteria is under the arched loggia in the centre of Massa, not far from the duomo. The owners take care of the day-to-day running of the restaurant with a menu that changes daily depending on whatever seasonal, local fresh produce is available. Chef Francesca will delight your taste buds with her simple yet imaginative fish dishes and homemade pasta such as fregola, malloreddus, maltagliati, lasagnette and many more. The bread is no less delicious and many different kinds – including baguettes and loaves made with corn flour, chestnut flour or spelt flour – are all prepared in house by Alessia. The simple and genuine homemade desserts are also carefully prepared by the two chefs. The restaurant also serves a wide selection of cheeses. Customers are welcomed at the door by Stefano who instantly makes everyone feel at home thanks to his enthusiasm and energy. He is also more than able to advise on the best wines to go with each dish.
