For 30 years, Chef Luca Micheletti has been celebrated as an alchemist of flavours, choosing only noble Tuscan recipes, duly revisited, for his dishes. A 0km kitchen built around the extraordinary products that the territory offers: Chianina beef, Pisan beef, Cinta Senese pork, wild boar and deer from the Parco S. Rossore, organic lamb from the Parco di Coltano, the freshest catch of the Tyrrhenian Sea, organic cheeses, wines and local oils. A selection of proposals made from rigorous choices, nature and fresh and high quality products to satisfy the most discerning palate.
