In the beautiful setting of the Agriturismo “Villa de’ Fiori’ in the countryside of Pistoia, La Dimora del Gusto focuses on seasonal and tradition cooking, enriched by innovative and refined cooking techniques.
Most of the products come from our territory: from meats to cheeses, game to Chianina meat and the pasta is homemade. The oil is our own.
The dishes are expertly paired with wines selected and served by our sommelier. The
Villa can also organise, upon request, cooking classes, and oenology lessons.
