For over 70 years – three generations – the Bonfanti- Niccolai family has selected and sold, locally and internationally, extra virgin olive oil, spirits, liqueurs and gourmet products. The current manager is Giacomo, Professional AIS Sommelier, Best Sommelier in Tuscany in 1994, ANAG grappa taster and Italian Association Oil Sommelier member. The job of choosing the wines to be included in our cellar is extremely important to us. We pay great attention to the quality of the wine and its value for money. We taste every wine each year in order to create a kind of historical memory and assess the consistent quality of the wine and/or manufacturer. Upon request, and for groups of up to 20 people, we can organize tastings in our cellar located below the enoteca. The tasting is accompanied by a technical report produced directly by Sommelier Giacomo.

Bolgheri ( Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Masseto, Palèo, Guado al Tasso and many others ), Vernaccia di San
Gimignano and many other Designations of Origin. We offer a large selection of extra virgin olive oil, which we buy from producers in various parts of Tuscan and one that we produce in our olive grove in Monsummano Alto and which you can only buy in our enoteca. As for other gourmet products, we sell almond Cantucci by Mattei di Prato, artisan pasta by Morelli di San Romano, San Miniato white truffle products by Gemignani, chocolate by Amedei di Pontedera, Brigidini di Lamporecchio (traditional Pistoia wafers) by Verdi and Ricciarelli and Panforte (Nero and Margherita) from Siena by the Fabbrica del Panforte.
