For over 70 years – three generations – the Bonfanti- Niccolai family has selected and sold, locally and internationally, extra virgin olive oil, spirits, liqueurs and gourmet products. The current manager is Giacomo, Professional AIS Sommelier, Best Sommelier in Tuscany in 1994, ANAG grappa taster and Italian Association Oil Sommelier member. The job of choosing the wines to be included in our cellar is extremely important to us. We pay great attention to the quality of the wine and its value for money. We taste every wine each year in order to create a kind of historical memory and assess the consistent quality of the wine and/or manufacturer. Upon request, and for groups of up to 20 people, we can organize tastings in our cellar located below the enoteca. The tasting is accompanied by a technical report produced directly by Sommelier Giacomo.
