Ingredients:
120 g soft white flour
60 gr wheat starch
1 whole egg
40 g butter
40 g sun-dried tomatoes
60 g peeled almonds
extra virgin olive oil, salt
7 g instant yeast for pizza dough

Method:
I softened up the sun-dried tomatoes in hot water and then dried and chopped them. I chopped part of the almonds finely and part roughly. I combined all the ingredients, kneaded the mixture and let the dough rest for half an hour in the fridge. Then I rolled out some strips of pasta and cooked them at 180 °C for 15 mins. I removed them from the oven and cut them, then put them back into the oven to brown for 10-15 mins, as above, being careful to let them dry well without burning. Make any adjustments based on your own oven.
