Ingredients:
120 g plain white flour
80 g cornflour
40 g softened butter
1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk
1/2 sachet of vanilla baking powder
a pinch of salt
40 g of roughly grated bitter chocolate
60 g of pitted dates cut into little pieces
a pinch of cinnamon

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and make some finger shapes. Place them on a greased baking tray and bake at 180 °C for 20 mins, then remove them from the oven and cut the fingers into slices. Put them back into the oven and brown them for another 10 mins.
