Almond cantucci biscuits
190 g Cerealia wellness flour
80 g almonds
60 g cane sugar
2 teaspoonfuls of baking powder
How to make them
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, leaving the almonds until last.
Divide the mixture into two, make some little cylinders and put them onto a baking tray lined with oven paper. Squash the surface slightly and bake in the oven at 180 °C for 15-20 mins.
As soon as they begin to brown, take them out of the oven, cut them diagonally, while still hot, with a knife that doesn’t have a serrated blade.
Put them back onto the baking tray and bake again for another 10 minutes, turning them over halfway through.
Remove them from the oven and leave them to cool on a cooling rack.
