Among the initiatives reserved for members of Vetrina Toscana, there is a masterclass on Pecorino, Tuesday 26 November from 10 am to 1 pm, at the Istituto Professionale di Stato “F. Martini” n Montecatini Terme. The masterclass concerns the productions of the Consorzio Tutela Pecorino Toscano DOP and the Consorzio di Tutela Balze Volterrane DOP.
