Each restaurant has a different tasting menu but they all offer local wines and traditional dishes, based on both meat and fish.

These range from strong, distinctive flavours like pici pasta ‘al sugo antico’ (literally meaning ‘with ancient sauce’) and bites of Cinta pork to the classic pappardelle pasta with wild boar ragout cooked in the traditional way. However, you can also choose delicate seafood flavours like tagliolini pasta with Orbetello grey mullet roe, small dumplings with lobster or dried salted cod appetizer.
